What happens when I reach my video limit?
Your existing SOPs remain accessible, but you won't be able to create new ones until your limit resets at the start of the next billing cycle. You can always upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
How does the Team plan's "pooled videos" work?
With the Team plan, your 100 monthly videos are shared among all team members. Any member can use the pool, giving your team flexibility without per-seat video limits.

What video formats do you support?
